Safe Families for Children is happy to announce that we now accept gift cards as donations! Through our partnership with Raise, we are able to convert gift cards into a cash donation to support the work we do across the country.
Raise will resell the gift cards we collect on their website and donate the cash proceeds back to our local Safe Families for Children chapters. (up to 90% of the gift card’s value!) In 2015 alone, gift card sales in the US totaled $164 billion dollars with an estimated $3.77 billion in unspent gift cards.
We are thrilled to offer this innovative, simple way for people to contribute toward keeping kids safe and families intact. We’re extremely grateful for Raise’s assistance in making this possible.
If you have unused gifts cards collecting dust in your wallet or desk drawer, please consider donating them to us!
